After the customer has finished talking to us and has the chat transcript sent to their email address, you should be able to customise what it looks like with your own company branding and formatting.

Cheaper alternatives for amateur sites
Give options for $2 a month for each concurrent chat. $14 a month is too much for amateur website, but 1 concurrent chat is not enough. I expect a majority of your users are free-trial users, and they could justify something less than $5 a month. I think the bulk orders you would get would out weight those who upgrade

Their really needs to be an android app

Change noreply@zopim.com to our domain
Currently the offline message is sending from noreply@zopim.com. It would be greate if we can change the sender email to our domain, say noreply@ourdomain.com.

Message removal
Allow message removal for agents up to 1 minute after the message has been posted. Many multitasking agents may paste the wrong thing to a client or some sensitive information that should be removed. Something like Skype, but only allow it to be removed 1min after it has been posted to avoid log altering.

Sometime we need to send some sample images to our customer, so with the instant attachment feature in the chat will be very useful !

White labelling for monthly subscribers
I would like to suggest that you introduce white labelling of the zopim chat for monthly customers (as you already do for annual subscribers). Mainly because it is very hard to predict the number of operators we will have over the next few months. Monthly billing gives us the flexibility to add more operators.

Triggers that fire banners
Currently, the trigger function is thought to fire automated messages. For efficient marketing campaigns, it would be interested to have a new feature implemented so as to fire images (banners) which could help drive more conversions.

Options for the widget size. The widget is huge
The widget is huge on some sites. You all should give options to make the widget as big or small as you want. For my site its to big.

Copy Paste Images into conversation
When chatting to a client, would be great to be able to copy and paste an image from my computer (browser or local) and paste into conversation. This is available on another product and could be helpful to explain or e.g. offer an alternate product

All agents are busy message
if all agents are busy chat should have ability to notify other visitors who await to chat that agent is busy and he should try later or leave a message
or
let agent know that another chat i a que. this would be really good for lite users as we have no idea if anyone is waiting. nor the visitor know why we dont reply to them.

Offline Messages to go to Specific Department
At the moment offline messages go to all departments (one offline email could be sent to 100+ employees in theory!). Allow customers to send offline messages to certain departments, where the email will then be picked up by only the users that belong to that department.
