Hi! i'd like to suggest a new feature to your already excellent software.
Would be cool if i can put custom sound on chat.
I have a nerd store for example and i'd like to put a Super Mario brothers coin bip on chat. What do you guess about it?
Like the custom imagems, will be great if we can customize bip sound too.
I would like to see a Christmas widget theme like you made last year, the Christmas widget theme that you released last year was way too late in December.

I'm very active in my office. I can be sit in my chair or get up to other side of the store or even stay outside the store for a moment.
It's very annoying to signup every time I want to switch between mobile and desktop
The only way I see to fix it is to buy 2 user agents but I don't want to spend more money if not strictly necessary.
Any chance you see this suggestion as feature to differentiate even more of other online chat?27 votes

In the new version launched a few days ago, the offline email contains Zopim logo and when we reply to customer, they get confused seeing Zopim's logo and your physical address. Bad idea
Replying emails via Gmail will auto include the previous email contents.
Having the option to revert back to the unbranded version of the offline message would provide a better customer experience to our customers.9 votes
Give options for $2 a month for each concurrent chat. $14 a month is too much for amateur website, but 1 concurrent chat is not enough. I expect a majority of your users are free-trial users, and they could justify something less than $5 a month. I think the bulk orders you would get would out weight those who upgrade147 votes

We have no plans right now to make an app for Windows Phone. However, the HTML5 Dashboard works great on mobile devices.

Hi, I would like to suggest you to change the translation of the indonesian word "email" from "pesan" to "tanya"
because "pesan" means "order" in Indonesia and that's a bad thing for e-commerce site because people would start pressing that button to order a product8 votes

Since this message appears very quickly, it would be vise to have an option to disable this feature. Thus, only when this feature is enabled, busy message will appear.

I think it would be great to have individual pages on my site determine which department would receive a chat request. For example, if the user is looking at the Pricing Page and opened chat it would automatically send to the Sales department.12 votes

It would be nice to name (or tag) a visitor in the visitor list (e.g. by its company name) without the visitor recognize this (name changes e.g. the visitor recognizes too). So an agent is able to detect his VIP/Key accounts from the list (without opening a visitor and reading the comments).16 votes
