SMS number
It would be useful if we could have a number to receive SMS questions that our customers might have. So they could chat with us even if their not on the page and the agents would be able to answer them as well.

See the text the client writes while they are still typing ,so it will speed up my response
If the agnets will be able to see the chat text in real time (before the client even hits send) while the clients are still typing, that gives the agents a better chance to think in to the question and get the answer faster

It took almost half hour for your support rep to answer 2 questions.. Is that how you support potential customers? I was pretty interested to get a paid plan for 2 operators.. but no I am not. thanks to J. Johnson

Allow more fields to be added in the offline form like phone/mobile number
It will be very good to have more options for contacting person like phone, mobile, etc. Most of the users don't check their e-mail enough often. Phone numbers will help us to contact our customers quickly.

Allow to see past vistiors.
Should be able to see past vistiors and be able to view their info as if they were visting in real time. And log them so to keep them on record.

Make it possible to send files like screenshots
Sometimes customer wants to explain something by sending a screenshot (or the agent needs to show something by screenshot) because using the chat support most of the time has the reason, that the customer doesn't find his way on the website and screenshots would help a lot... or all other files which could be posted like you post files in e.g. skype.

A simple "Print" button of chat dialogues
I need a simple "print" button instead of the "Copy to clipboard" function. The chat dialogues look horrible in "wordpad, word etc" when copy/pasted.
Because we use the chat for item requests, and therefore we need to print the dialogue and pass it on to the right person.
So a little nice button called "Print" would be very nice.

Allow at least 3-7 days notice before maintenance.
For a high traffic site, a 2 hour downtime is pretty critical. Especially if the Livechat is supposed to be 24/7. At least send us emails 3-7 days before so we can make preparations and inform customers. A Livechat downtime is really not good for us. You need to find a way to do maintenance without having a downtime.

It would be helpful to see who visited the site after they've left.
We would like to have a list of everyone who visited our site during the day/week. The IP address, location, time on the site, page visited. Currently you can only do that if they initiate a chat or if you have someone monitoring Zopim 24/7 writing down the information.

Make the zopim tab flash when a user visits your website. The tab flashes when someone sends a message but it would be great to know when someone enters (my sound card doesn't work).

i think that Zopim must consider adding the spell Check feature because its very important

Automatic answers acknowledging the reception to emails sent while offline.
While offline, if a customer send a message with zopim, it would be great that an automatic answer (set via zopim) acknowledging him that we have received his mail.

Request Reature: Auto Send Chat History to Departement Email?
If you use the application or the helpdesk like Kayako Helpdesk Vision then this feature will be very important because you can do traking history of all conversations that have been made through Zopim.
zopim automatically sent to the email chat history departments have been integrated with or Kayako Helpdesk Vision.
I currently use Vision Helpdesk and I can see history through the user's history menu

Add an operators photo to a chat to personalise like LiveLeader
We're still trialling Zopim after using LiveLeader http://www.liveleader.com/en/ for a couple of years. One thing i like about theirs was that you could add an operators photo to a chat to personalise this, and it was effective for us. Can we do this with Zopim ? I think it would be an advantage to Zopim's customers. Even though Zopim beats LiveLeader on features, we're not getting as many chat requests from visitors, and I think the lack of a friendly face is a big part of it.
