I'm very active in my office. I can be sit in my chair or get up to other side of the store or even stay outside the store for a moment.
It's very annoying to signup every time I want to switch between mobile and desktop
The only way I see to fix it is to buy 2 user agents but I don't want to spend more money if not strictly necessary.
Any chance you see this suggestion as feature to differentiate even more of other online chat?
I work in my office, but am in and out 30 times a day in small meetings or around the building. I would say this is the most lacking feature of Zopim for me. There is no way I can sign in and out every time I leave my office. There has got to be a simple fix!
If Zopim is that worried about not being able to double charge their customers, then at the very least add a "Pause service on this device" button that still allows new chats and data come in, but maybe deactivates typing or something.

Paying for double the accounts just to be able to use the mobile app is just a very bad way to treat your customers.
There is no way that it is difficult to detect whether an agent is coming from (your own) mobile app and making sure they don't get kicked out. So this just tells me you guys want to double charge your customers.
I'm in the same situation... it would be wonderfully convenient to have it on my phone, iPad, and desktop at the same time.
