Since this message appears very quickly, it would be vise to have an option to disable this feature. Thus, only when this feature is enabled, busy message will appear.
Hi Ivana, I’m uncertain which busy message you are referring to. Perhaps email us a screenshot to email@example.com?
You can customise the behaviour of this easily. In your dashboard, just go to triggers >> chat rescurer. You can either disable it using the button at the top, or change the number of seconds it waits until it appears. (The default is 60 seconds)
